三门峡市苍龙涧河区域治理工程苍龙东路污水输送主管道设计项目单一采购公示
河南龙华工程咨询有限公司受三门峡市城市建设投资开发有限公司委托，就三门峡市苍龙涧河区域治理工程苍龙东路污水输送主管道设计项目采用单一方式采购，现公示如下：

二、项目情况：
（一）项目名称及内容：
1、项目名称：
三门峡市苍龙涧河区域治理工程苍龙东路污水输送主管道设计项目
2、建设规模：
按照商务中心区排水管网规划，商务中心区西部污水汇集到苍龙东路后，沿苍龙东路污水管道汇集到苍龙东路与陕州大道交汇处。
本项目工程内容为沿陕州大道敷设污水输送主管道，将汇集后的污水接入位于陕州大道与209国道交汇处的现有污水泵站。
该污水输送主管道长度约1500米，沿陕州大道南侧敷设（距陕州大道中心线约28米），在苍龙东路以东约 800米处穿越陕州大道，然后沿陕州大道北侧敷设污水管道进入现有污水泵站。
该项目管道埋深10-27米段的长度约1200米，由于该管道规划位置不适宜大直径深基坑开挖，该1200米段污水管道拟采用钢波纹管支护暗掘隧洞进方式进行施工。
本项目地质情况良好，钢波纹管支护暗掘隧洞段全线为黄土地层，具有一定的湿陷性，地下水位位于暗掘隧洞高程10米以下，对本工程基本没有影响，该项目工程造价约700万元

公开招标变更单一采购
三、单一采购方式的原因：
项目于2015年4月21在《万方招标网、本网站》、《河南省政府采购网》、《》、《三门峡市政府采购网》、《三门峡市公共资源交易中心网》和《三门峡建设信息网》同时发布招标公告，至4月27日报名结束，没有投标单位报名；于4月28日至5月5日又同时在以上网站发布延期招标公告，在报名截止时间前只有一家投标单位报名。

五、其它需要公示的内容：
公示期限从2015年5月7日起至2015年5月13日止。
潜在政府采购供应商对公示内容有异议的，请于公示期满后2个工作日内以实名书面（包括联系人、地址、联系电话）形式将意见反馈至监督单位和采购单位。
